How does AVL offer such great deals on their products?

   We are a liquidation center for a major brand and private label manufacturer.  The products with a "LIQUIDATION ITEM" status are the very best deals on the site with the same quality as the "STOCKED ITEM" products.  Many of these items have been simply over-produced or may be short-dated and are offered at greatly reduced prices in order to liquidate them quickly.  So take advantage of the deals while they last.  

   The products with a "STOCKED ITEM" status are our core products that appear on our site continuously, (for as long as the national manufacturer is producing them).  These items, most often, have longer sell dates and are here to fill the gaps when certain items are not available as "LIQUIDATION ITEMS" and are offered at competitive prices. 

Either way, AVL is proud to forward these great savings on to you. 

 

 

Does the "LIQUIDATION ITEM" status mean the item is discontinued?

Sometimes yes, most of the time no.  These items are being liquidated for one of the following reasons, (the first reason ranked as the most often applied and the last reason is the least often applied);

   By clicking on any item on any page in this site you will be forwarded to a brief description of the item as well as its benefit as a supplement.  If you have more questions about an item, e-mail us and we will do the best we can to provide you with more information.  

 

 

What is a “Sell Date”?

  The sell date is the actual expiration date required by the FDA.  The product is guaranteed by the manufacturer to retain 100% of its potency through the month indicated.  Although, a higher level of potency may be retained after the sell date, it cannot be guaranteed.  Because the item cannot be guaranteed to retain its total 100% potency after the sell date, the item will be removed from this site and shall not be sold.

   

 

If I order by telephone, what is AVL's business hours?  

Our current hours of operation are:

Monday through Thursday from 7AM until 4PM (Pacific Time).

If you call during our non-business hours, we have a voice messaging system in which you can leave a message along with your telephone number and then someone will contact you during our next scheduled business hours.  If you reach this messaging system during our normal business hours, this means we are with other customers at the moment, so be sure to leave your number and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

    

How does AVL ship its merchandise?

  Within the continental United States and Canada, we only ship via United Parcel Service.  The merchandise is shipped by ground service, which is guaranteed by UPS to be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.  (Keep in mind AVL's business hours are 7:00AM until 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time Monday through Thursday.)  For orders to Alaska & Hawaii we use USPS Priority Service (3 days, Insured).   We do not do International orders, other than Canada from this website, (for more information see International Orders below).

   

  

Can I receive my merchandise faster than the regular ground service?

  Yes.

What is our shipping charge?

   The AVL Website Standard shipping cost to locations within the continental U.S. or Canada are based upon the UPS shipping rates within your time zone.  We used a random city's zip code within your time zone to approximate this total using the weight of your order.  We chose not to raise our product's prices just to make up for orders with longer distance shipping.  For orders in Alaska & Hawaii we used the shipping rates, (based upon weight of the order with insurance), for USPS Priority Service. 

If you place your order through our Mail Order Hotline, (800-328-1022), your shipping amount will be exactly whatever UPS charges to ship your order to your zip code, (using the exact total weight of your order).  The absolute minimum shipping charge is $5.00.  By using the Hotline you can also choose UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Select, (if these services are available to your destination).

 

 

What about International Shipping?

For all international deliveries, other than Canada, you must call our Hotline, (800-328-1022).  We can deliver our products to most countries, though there are a few such as Germany that we cannot ship to due to customs restrictions.  Please note you must first check with the customs department of your country to make sure these items are allowed for delivery within your country.  If you do not do this and the product is returned to us because customs refused to allow delivery, we will credit the "product total", but the delivery charge is not credited because the postal service will not credit it.  Keep in mind, this may include the cost of shipping and the cost of the return shipping, so it is extremely important that you first check with your country's customs department before making any international orders. 

 

 

 

How do I cancel an order?

   If you choose not to continue with your order, before or after shipment has been made, e-mail us with your request and we will reply back with instructions.  The status of your order determines what steps will need to be taken.  (See our Return Policy section regarding orders already received.)

Yes, you can order through our Mail Order Hotline at 800-328-1022 or you can use our fax number (760)243-3171.  (If you fax an order be sure to call our hotline for a mail order form if you do not already have one.)
